With regards to tutoring, Kirsten tutors a wide variety of subjects, with College Biology as her highest-level opportunity. She utilizes both online and in-person tutoring, and has tutored with many companies: Varsity Tutors, Outlier's Advantage, VIPKID, numerous high schools, and independent tutoring. In addition, Kirsten has homeschooled students (elementary to high school) in Science, Math, and English.

Kirsten focuses on her relationships with students. Teachers are lifelong learners, always adapting to the needs of the student and guiding them to discover content. With every student that she encounters, Kirsten gains more perspectives on how to diversify hands-on, student-centered learning. Keeping students engaged in the content sparks a passion for learning that will prompt them to continue their pursuit of knowledge, even after their sessions conclude!
