A: Tutoring sessions can be scheduled based on your personal preferences and needs. We offer a flexible schedule that can range from several times a week to sporadic sessions. Please reach out to us to discuss and arrange a schedule that works best for you. Please note, scheduling a session within 24 hours of its intended time does not guarantee tutor availability, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Q: What subjects and grade levels do you tutor?
A: We provide tutoring services for all grade levels, including college and adult students. Our favorites are elementary and middle school subjects, high school math, science, and writing, and SAT, ACT, and college preparation.
Q: How does the payment system work?
A: Families can purchase packages of 5 or 10 hours in advance. If you need flexibility, we offer a pay-as-you-go option as well. As you utilize the hours, you can renew or add more as needed to continue the tutoring sessions.

A: Our tutors are experienced, dedicated professionals who are hired as independent contractors. We ensure that our tutors are well-qualified and capable of delivering high-quality tutoring services and pass a background check.

Q: When do we conduct tutoring?
A: Tutoring sessions for our students usually occur Mondays-Fridays within the time range of 3pm - 9pm, i.e., afterschool/work. Our tutors are also available on weekends and daytime hours to accommodate home-school students. Customized, individualized scheduling for days and times are available after discussing with student's assigned tutor.
Q: Where does tutoring take place?
A: Our tutors meet students at their homes, local libraries, community centers or nearby coffee shops. Virtual tutoring sessions take place over Zoom.
Q: How do missed/cancelled sessions work?
A: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, missed or cancelled sessions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that we reserve the right to charge for one hour if a cancellation is received within four hours of your scheduled tutoring session start time. Rest assured, there are no fees to you if the tutor has to cancel a session for any reason.
