Jack Dulgarian

Jack Dulgarian, a native of Los Angeles, California, has a strong background in education and US foreign policy. Growing up with parents who were lifelong educators, Jack developed a passion for teaching early on. He has taught everything from elementary Christian Sunday school to advanced training at the US Department of State Foreign Service Institute.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Classical Studies from the University of Arizona (2017) and a Master's Degree in International Security Studies from American University (2022). He is also proficient in Greek.

Jack's diverse experiences include being one of the youngest certified baseball umpires in the country at age 12. He founded the Student Umpires Association, training and assigning games for his peers. He is also the only known high school varsity baseball umpire in California history while still a student.

In his professional career, Jack has authored foreign policy analysis referenced by institutions like the National Defense University. He has also participated in strategic exercises with the Department of Defense and Harvard University.

As a tutor, Jack specializes in math, reading comprehension, and writing. His approach makes complex concepts easier to understand, and he is dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals. Jack is ready to work with you to meet your child's educational needs.
