Kyia Bristol
Kyia Bristol is an accomplished educator with a strong academic foundation from The Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, a prestigious historically black college and university. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in English and Literature, and a Master's of Arts in Human Services.
Kyia began her journey in education at the age of 12 and further honed her skills as a teacher in the Philadelphia School District, teaching grades K-7. Currently, she is a dedicated Kindergarten teacher at DCPCS, where she continues to inspire and educate young learners.
She has developed a specialized skill set in teaching Reading and Writing to children aged 4-12 years, spanning grades Pre-K to 6th. Additionally, she excels in teaching Mathematics to students in grades Pre-K to 2nd. Her teaching style is driven by her passion for education and her commitment to fostering a love for learning in her students.
