Kachief Callender
Kachief is a third-year PhD student in Chemistry and Biochemistry at George Mason University, with extensive experience in after-school tutoring and lesson planning at Howard Middle School. He has served as a teaching assistant for General Chemistry 1 & 2 for three semesters, sharpening his skills as an exceptional chemistry tutor. In addition to chemistry, Kachief's background in physics strengthens his ability to tutor across various subjects. He completed Physics 1 and 2 in college, conducted physics research in 2022, and is well-versed in topics that intersect with both math and chemistry. With coursework up to Calculus 3, Kachief is comfortable with advanced mathematical topics, allowing him to effectively tutor subjects from Pre-Algebra to Calculus, with a strong focus on SAT math. His diverse expertise enables him to craft personalized lesson plans, helping students gain confidence and excel in chemistry, biochemistry, physics, and mathematics.
