Tommy Le Nguyen

Tommy graduated Cum Laude from George Mason University with a B.S. in Biology in May 2017. He is planning to take a gap-year with an interest to go back to George Mason University for his postgraduate education. His love for Biology and Science, in general, is that it is always evolving and there are always new things to learn. With knowledge in Biology-related courses such as Genetics, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Ecology, and Biodiversity, Tommy can effectively provide fellow students valuable techniques and approach to their science homework and/or exams. He has tutored elementary, high school, and even college students from a variety of topics such as Math, Spanish, and Biology. With additional experience in retail and restaurant business, Tommy combines his tutoring experience with his customer service skills to communicate effectively to the students and their family and provide them with the necessary tools and confidence to tackle any academic obstacles. He is excited to be working as a Magellan Tutor and is happy to help fellow students in the Northern Virginia area!
